      This holiday season Buck Up Auctions and Realty is serving as a drop off location for the Marine Corps Reserve Toys For Tots in hopes to help children in and around our community.                                                               Just a word about COVID-19 affecting our lives and our business.

                                                              We are mindful of the changes that have come about in the last couple of weeks, sometimes daily. Fayette County has been affected greatly, with the cancelling of Round Top Antique Fair, which has always been a huge boost to all of our businesses. This edict has affected shoppers who have planned their trips from all over the nation ( and world). They have had to cancel airline tickets and lodging plans. Which of course has impacted the hospitality trade, hotels and restaurants. The vendors who have been delivering their goods and setting up for weeks are now packing up and going home.

                                                              Many more businesses are affected as well. Store owners are temporarily closing their doors, public places such as libraries, museums and zoos, are closed. Our government has stated that no more than 10 people can be in a gathering. This includes our fundraisers and public auctions.

                                                              In light of all that is happening, we are willling to do all we can to stay healthy and keep those surrounding us healthy. We are following all protocols and guidelines from government officials and health care providers to include Social distancing, consistant hygiene tactics, more handwashing and use of sanitizing wipes and liquid. More than ever before. We have cleaned our office from top to bottom, wiped down all door knobs, light switches, and printers and plan to continue to do so.

                                                              We are still conducting business. We have transitioned our auctions to 100% online. We are still listing and selling real estate.

                                                              We also have plans in place to help our fundraising clients with online methods until we can gather again! We will conduct several online auctions to assist the Livestock show exhibitors affected by the major show and local show shutdowns.

                                                              Social distancing is important and necessary. Any bidders bidding  on our online auctions, please pay close attention to the alerts and terms and conditions in place for pick up. Only one client  will be helped at any given time

Heather has completed the Certified Auctioneers Institute designation which is the highest designation in the auction industry.
