Job Responsibilities:

Office Management Experience

  • Scheduling management
  • Answering phone
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience managing an office
  • Proficient in using Office 365, Publisher, Excel 
  • Trainable
  • Flexible
  • Willing to learn online platforms for auction management
  • Marketing: Constant Contact, Facebook, Instagram

Real Estate Experience:

  • Buyers and sellers for residential and commercial properties
  • Familiar with MLS sites & data entry
  • ZipForms and AuthentiSign

Personal Property Auction

  • Balance Drawer and Cashier
  • Fill out and manage contracts

Schedule: Monday through Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
